To provide automated order synchronization and fulfillment, Ezmeer collects and processes the following types of information:

A. Account & Identity Information

When you register for an Ezmeer account, we collect your email address, full name, and an encrypted password hash (salted using bcrypt). We generate cryptographic license keys tied to your account to authorize the browser extension.

B. Supplier Order & Tracking Data

When you invoke the Ezmeer Chrome Extension on your connected supplier platform pages, the extension reads order identification numbers, package tracking numbers, logistics carrier names, order timestamps, and shipment statuses. This data is extracted locally and transmitted securely to your configured synchronization destinations.

C. Google Sheets Integration Data

When you configure Google Sheets synchronization, we process your target spreadsheet ID and tab configurations. Ezmeer reads order references and writes extracted tracking numbers into designated columns in accordance with the permissions granted.

D. eBay Seller Fulfillment & OAuth Data

When you connect your eBay store via three-legged OAuth 2.0, we receive authorized user access tokens and refresh tokens under the sell.fulfillment scope. We access order IDs and line-item fulfillment statuses solely to upload tracking numbers and mark eBay orders as shipped on your behalf.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Fulfillment Automation: Automating the matching of supplier tracking numbers to eBay sales orders and updating order statuses within 24-hour SLAs.
  • Spreadsheet Synchronization: Writing validated tracking information into your designated Google Sheets monthly tabs without manual data entry.
  • License Verification: Validating active subscriptions and issuing cryptographically signed tokens to the Ezmeer Chrome extension.
  • Service Health & Security: Monitoring endpoint availability, preventing abusive traffic, managing rate limits, and investigating API error payloads.

4. Zero Data Sale & Monetization Guarantee

Ezmeer does not sell, rent, lease, or trade personal data or e-commerce transaction data. We do not disclose order histories, supplier identities, product niches, or buyer records to advertising networks, market intelligence firms, data brokers, or competitor stores under any circumstances.

5. Third-Party Integrations & Subprocessors

To deliver our services, Ezmeer interfaces with the following authorized third-party platforms:

  • eBay Inc. (OAuth 2.0 & Fulfillment API): We use official eBay REST APIs under RuName Umer_Khan-UmerKhan-sellsc-rptaapx to automate tracking updates. eBay processes this data pursuant to the eBay User Agreement and Developer License. We also support eBay Marketplace Account Deletion compliance via our designated webhook endpoint.
  • Google Cloud & Google Sheets API: Used to read spreadsheet tab structures and batch-update tracking numbers directly in your designated Google Drive documents.
  • Supplier Platforms: The browser extension operates in your browser session to extract shipping information for orders you have purchased from your order source.
  • PayPro: Used for subscription billing and invoicing. Payment processing takes place on secure, PCI-compliant infrastructure; Ezmeer never stores your credit card or banking details.

6. Security, Storage & Encryption

We enforce rigorous defense-in-depth technical safeguards to protect all user data:

  • Transmission: All communication between your browser, extension, and Ezmeer servers is encrypted in transit using 256-bit TLS 1.3 encryption.
  • Credentials: Account passwords are protected with salted bcrypt hashes. OAuth tokens are stored in private, firewall-restricted database instances.
  • Access Control: Database and administrative access is strictly restricted through principle-of-least-privilege authentication.

7. Your Rights & Data Deletion

You maintain full ownership of your data. You have the right to:

  • Disconnect Integrations: You can revoke eBay OAuth permissions at any time via your eBay Account Security settings or request token removal in the dashboard.
  • Request Account Deletion: You may request complete erasure of your account, license keys, and associated logs at any time by contacting our support desk.
  • Compliance with Marketplace Account Deletion: Ezmeer continuously listens for eBay account deletion notifications and automatically purges relevant seller records within mandated timelines.
